The complex is located in Petrovac, a small, quiet town famous for the perfect family vacation. It consists of six four-storey buildings - two apartments on each floor, with a separate entrance. One apartment is available, and it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and balcony. It is situated on the fourth floor. The upper house has fireplaces, an all top apartments have a terrace with area of 120 m2. On the ground floor there are garages.
