Electricity is from a 30 kV generator. An application was submitted for the connection of 250 kV to the city electricity. Water is supplied to all buildings and comes from a common tank with a volume of 65 m3.

The purpose of the land is to build a camp. Temporary buildings are allowed. To obtain a permit for a project with a different concept, a request to the local authorities is required. The retreat center can be used as a glamping project with the option of expanding up to 40 tents
