Job description:
- organization and control of facility maintenance
- sale of management company services to customers
- regular communication with customers
- coordination and control of workers in the sector
- drawing up work plans for employees
- organization of transportation to facilities for workers
- control of cleanliness of objects
- work on the development of the sector (new contracts, improving the quality of service, reducing costs)
- sending monthly reports to customers and management
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Serbian and English / Russian language
- Desirable character traits: kindness, accuracy, urgency, reliability in work
- Confident PC user
- Category B driving license (preferable)
